Will took over selling my flat after it had hung around for 8 months in a difficult market. He introduced me to someone who staged the flat, and within 2 or 3 weeks had an offer at the asking price. He managed all the viewings, liaised with both solicitors as well as with the buyers, and whenever there seemed to be a hitch, he had practical advice to resolve the problem (as well as a really useful list of helpful contacts).
